Refund Policy

Overview

At From Brokenness to Breakthrough Coaching, every session and package is created with care, intention, and a commitment to your emotional and spiritual growth. Because coaching is a time‑based, service‑based experience, all payments are considered final once a session or package is booked. This policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling are handled.

Payments, Cancellations & Missed Sessions

All payments for coaching sessions and packages are non‑refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide 24 hours’ notice. Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time; if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the session may need to be rescheduled and may be counted as a missed session. Missed sessions cannot be refunded or credited.

Payment plans (if selected) are processed automatically on their scheduled dates. Failure to complete payment may pause or delay access to future sessions until the balance is resolved.

Exceptions, Rescheduling & Contact

While payments are non‑refundable, sessions may be rescheduled within the package’s validity period based on availability. If an emergency arises, please reach out so we can make appropriate arrangements with compassion and clarity. This policy may be updated periodically, and any changes will be posted on this page.
